We love working with cool people and cool art!

Artist share is a great way to make money and get name recognition. We want to work with people that have cool ART GRAPHICS and/or cool ART ACCESSORIES.

How does it work? It's simple. You submit original ART GRAPHICS to us and if we like it and use it, we pay you each time apparel or accessories are sold with your art graphic on it. If you have cool original ART ACCESSORIES, you sell it to us at a wholesale pricing.

$500 ART GRAPHICS PAYOUTS

We are looking for ORIGINAL art graphics related to any sports, leisure and nature within the ocean/beach lifestyle. We will pay a maximum of $500 for each ART GRAPHIC. Payments are made in $100 increments. Each time an item is sold with your art graphic on it, $1 will be accumulated until it reaches $100. Each time that happens, we will mail you a check for $100 until the $500 maximum is reached. The payout can be on multiple items with your art on them.

ART ACCESSORY PURCHASES

We are also looking for ORIGINAL art accessories related to any sports, leisure and nature within the ocean/beach lifestyle. This can include, but not limited to custom jewelry, water/beach accessories, even custom woodwork. If you have anything cool, show it to us! If we like what we see, we will buy it from you as a wholesaler. Keep in mind that the items we buy must be exclusively made for Ocean 365 only. This means that if you make custom jewelry, and certain pieces are made exclusively for Ocean 365 to buy, then you agree to not offer those same pieces to any other company.

Terms of Use

Welcome to the ocean365.com website and our Artist Share Program, which is owned and operated by Ocean 365 ("Ocean 365"). Please review the following Terms of Use ("Terms") that govern your use of our Artist Share Program ("ASP"). Please note that your use of ASP constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use ASP. Ocean 365 may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice, so you should visit this page periodically to review Terms.

DO NOT SUBMIT ANY ART TO ASP THAT YOU WANT TO KEEP FOR YOURSELF. ONCE YOU SUBMIT ART GRAPHICS TO ASP, THEY BECOME PROPERTY OF OCEAN 365.

Art Graphic Payout

We will payout a maximum of $500 for a single piece of art graphic that we choose at our sole discretion. If we choose your artwork and decide to payout the $500 maximum, we will contact you so you may sign a form that indicates to us this is ORIGINAL ARTWORK.

Art Accessory Purchase

At our sole discretion, we may purchase Art Accessories from you at a negotiated wholesale price. So that we maintain original items that we offer the public, you agree that any Art Accessories Ocean 365 buys from you, will be exclusively made for Ocean 365 and you will not reproduce the same Art Accessories for any other individual, company or corporation.

Use of ASP

These Terms govern your use of ASP offered by Ocean 365. To the extent there is any conflict between Ocean 365 and these Terms, these Terms shall control with respect to our ASP.

By submitting ANY ART such as - original creative materials, original artwork, product ideas, designs, images, fonts, colors, stories, inventions, computer code, files or any other content ("Content") to Ocean 365, you represent and warrant that:

you are the sole author and owner of all intellectual property rights thereto;
your Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
you waive all "moral rights" that you may have in such Content;
all Content that you submit is accurate;
your Content is not false, inaccurate or misleading;
your Content will not cause injury to any other party;
your Content does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
your Content will not reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
you were not compensated or granted any consideration by any third party for submitting your Content;
your Content is not subject to any confidentiality obligations, nor will Ocean 365 be subject to any confidentiality obligations on the account of your Content;
your Content does not contain any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files;
your Content does not violate these Terms;

For any Content that you submit, you grant to Ocean 365 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell or distribute such Content and to incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without any compensation to you or we will use the payout above.

All Content that you submit may be reviewed, revised, posted, or otherwise used by Ocean 365 at our sole discretion. Ocean 365 reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Ocean 365’s Media. You acknowledge that you, not Ocean 365, are responsible for any Contents you submit to us.

By submitting your email address to us in any way, you agree that Ocean 365 may use your email address to contact you about any of your communications with us and for other administrative purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocean 365 (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, your use of ASP, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms or in connection with your use of ASP shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of Texas, Harris County.
