Easy Returns & Exchanges

We are always happy to make any changes necessary for fit or preference. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Worn and washed products may be returned ONLY if damage is due to manufacturer defect.

Do I need to contact Ocean 365 prior to return?
Yes, please contact us prior to any return. This will expedite the process. Please call us at 281-954-0365.

How will I be refunded?
Returns are refunded in the method of the original payment. Please provide 5 to 7 days processing.

How do I mail returns?
Please mail items in original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. ALL packages must be PRE-PAID, as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We cannot refund the shipping cost for your returns unless merchandise is defective.
